RETURN & REFUND POLICY – CEBSY EXCLUSIVE

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- You have your order number
- The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described

We do not accept returns for change of mind on sale items, underwear, swimwear, or custom-made items.

Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- refer only exchange or substitute no cash refund‼️
- Exchanges for a different size or color are free if you have been sent wrong order

Faulty Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement /no ❗️‼️cash refund
