Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time
Local delivery across South Africa takes 2-5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Shipping Cost
- Standard shipping: R80 nationwide
- Free shipping on orders over 5000

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can track your parcel directly with the courier.

Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll follow up with the courier and arrange a reship but we advise once u receive your tracking number you take initiative of calling the courier company for faster service

In-person collection is restricted 🚫
